Have you ever seen a video of a cat that is eating and then there is a cucumber behind it? Well if you have, you will know what comes next the cats jump and scatter when they see a cucumber. Hi, I’m Lucas and I’m going to teach you why cats are scared of cucumbers and why it's not good to scare them with a cucumber.
The only way to scare a cat with a cucumber is putting the cucumber behind the cat when they're not looking. Then when the cat turns around Its first reaction is to jump, this is because they think it is a snake. Due to cucumbers' curved shape and green colour. Do you want that for your cat? Or do you want a peaceful life for your cat and it not thinking their a snake slithering loose in the house.
If you scare your cat with a cucumber it causes stress on the cat and it can cause mental health issues. So if you care about your cat you will not scare it with a cucumber. Also when it sees something that has snuck up on it it will jump and could possibly break and leg or a paw.
How would you feel if you thought there was a snake slithering loose in your house, would you feel scared and bothered, I would think so. Now pretend you are a cat and you think you've just seen a snake, your smaller than a human so the venom of a snake bite will travel quicker through your veins, your dumber than a human so you will not think to go outside and you don't have a phone so you can’t call animal patrol. Now how would that feel (Slowly)? I think I would feel pretty vulnerable.
Now you know why cats are scared of cucumbers and why it’s not good to scare them with it. Are you going to scare your cat with a cucumber, if you are your a pretty cruel human being? Well, I hope this speech teaches you to think twice about scaring your cat with a cucumber, or trying to get your friends to scare their cat. Thank you for listening.
This is my speech about why you should not scare cats with cucumbers. If my speech is good enough I will do it in front of my hub then if I win that I read it in the Belfast club in public. Do you agree with my speech?
